All people who have reached adult age are eligible to participate. The prizes
cannot be redeemed in cash. The deadline for submitting entries is March
31, 2009. Henkel employees and their immediate families are not eligible
to participate. Each participant may only submit one photo or drawing. The
winning photo will be determined by a lottery drawing. The name of the winner
and the photo or drawing submitted will be published on the Website www.henkel-powerplayers.com,
and the winner will be notified in writing. The photo submitted by the respective
participant must show his or her child (children) in some connection with
the sport of ice hockey. Photos may only be submitted which show the child
or children of the participating parents or legal guardians. If the photograph
also shows other people, the participant is legally responsible for obtaining
their approval or the approval of the parents or legal guardians in accordance
with the terms and conditions described here. Photos may only be submitted
which do not infringe on any copyrights or other intellectual property rights
of third parties. The participant in the prize competition agrees to indemnify
and hold harmless the organizers and Henkel. The participant also agrees
that the photo or drawing may be shown the entire time in which the Website
is online, at www.henkel-powerplayers.com. |
